The app is great overall and support has been incredibly helpful. The dashboard is pretty stuffed, and it can take a bit of time to get used to it. We have only tried the LiveChat and Support, not the add-on yet, but the features of the helpdesk are amazing and in the future we will definitely take advantage of that to reduce the customer contact impact. We also tried Crisp and Gorgias already, they were both not good for us. But this we recommend 10/10 :)
This is exactly what I've been looking for. Since my business is small, I'm so grateful for their free plan. It fits my needs perfectly and when I reached out with a question they responded right away.
Absolute worst app I've ever used. Does NOT work. Was stuck in the setup phase and it would never load past + I was charged $129 for this useless app and cannot log in to get any sort of customer service.
Sorry about that. The charge was automatic from Shopify after your 14-day trial ended. We refunded the amount when you informed us that the app didn't work for you.

Updated, I've tried it again as it was the nicest interface of all the CRMs that I've tried. The DNS setting were eventually sorted out but it wasn't particularly easy. I'm going to try it for a month or two to see if it justifies the cost. I really wanted to like this app. Lots of promise, looks great and has lots of potential. The support is excellent too. The big problem for me is that it is just too difficult to set up - even support couldn't solve our issues. For a premium priced app, it should be seamless - but it just isn't.
Indeed the best app we use in our multiple stores. What I like from Richpanel is their support. Always avialable in calls if you need urgent help. Amir is the who is always helping me regarding technical matters. Very patient guy and helpful as always. Kudos to the entire team. Thanks

The plan says 60$ but when you signup they ask 160$
