The intuitive scenarios and integrated LiveChat widget make for a seamless experience for our customers. It does not work super well in combination with Zendesk, as it is designed as a standalone CRM. The support staff seems a bit under-trained, as they consistently seem to need to go "ask the team" for questions I have asked them. Still, the app itself is powerful and unique.

This app is a MUST HAVE for every business. It helps me and my team stay organized and saves a ton of time. I love how I have all of my customers order information instantly available to me. Truly a game changed for customer support organization! (And the support team is super fast and helpful)

Very easy to install and manage. I was up and running in less than 20 minutes. Their support was very helpful and resolved minor challenges very quickly. So far, I am loving the simple UI and UX of the app. I am going live and I will provide another review after a month on the system.

Amazing app! Still learning with the free plan, but will upgrade to a paid plan soon. The installation and integration is very straight forward, very easy to navigate. And the customer service is brilliant!!! always there to help, even helped me to customise the homepage according to my design. Thank you so much guys. Highly recommended

This app is everything I was looking for and more. It is perfect for automating support including order support by item and order number.

I have previous ecommerce experience, and with Richpanel I feel I am ready to take on support in an organized, streamlined fashion.

It is the perfect app to grow with, too. It is perfectly scaleable from one person providing support to many. I feel I am really ready for support with Richpanel.

This is going to be an easy app to train customer representatives on when the time comes as well. I'll be able to hire people with minimal training. And everything is setup now, so I don't have to worry about it when I get busy.

Richpanel really makes support a breeze.

Updated, I've tried it again as it was the nicest interface of all the CRMs that I've tried. The DNS setting were eventually sorted out but it wasn't particularly easy. I'm going to try it for a month or two to see if it justifies the cost. I really wanted to like this app. Lots of promise, looks great and has lots of potential. The support is excellent too. The big problem for me is that it is just too difficult to set up - even support couldn't solve our issues. For a premium priced app, it should be seamless - but it just isn't.

Indeed the best app we use in our multiple stores. What I like from Richpanel is their support. Always avialable in calls if you need urgent help. Amir is the who is always helping me regarding technical matters. Very patient guy and helpful as always. Kudos to the entire team. Thanks
