We are finding Richpanel has brought structure and sanity to our rapidly growing support team. We've been able to quickly graduate from canned responses and an anaemic Help Center to a truly robust means of supporting customers without losing our minds in the meantime.
Not only is Richpanel a breath of fresh air, the support is absolutely incredible! The shopify integration is second to none, and the self service is already handling more than half of all the customer support we used to have to interact with manually! We're literally saving a fortune and it's only installed a week!

Great all-in-one app and super fast customer service! Richpanel is exactly what we were looking for.
The intuitive scenarios and integrated LiveChat widget make for a seamless experience for our customers. It does not work super well in combination with Zendesk, as it is designed as a standalone CRM. The support staff seems a bit under-trained, as they consistently seem to need to go "ask the team" for questions I have asked them. Still, the app itself is powerful and unique.
This app is a MUST HAVE for every business. It helps me and my team stay organized and saves a ton of time. I love how I have all of my customers order information instantly available to me. Truly a game changed for customer support organization! (And the support team is super fast and helpful)
Very easy to install and manage. I was up and running in less than 20 minutes. Their support was very helpful and resolved minor challenges very quickly. So far, I am loving the simple UI and UX of the app. I am going live and I will provide another review after a month on the system.

Amazing app! Still learning with the free plan, but will upgrade to a paid plan soon. The installation and integration is very straight forward, very easy to navigate.
