This is undoubtably one of the best online chat applications I've come across so far. Setup was incredibly quick, and customer support team, were available within seconds to answer my questions. I would highly recommend this app 10/10
It's been a blast working with the Richpanel team from start to finish. Although we are still in our early stages after implementation, our team has appreciated the thoroughness of the Richpanel team to mediate concerns, answer questions, and provide a variety of solutions based on their expertise. They thrive on feedback in order to create a help desk platform that meets the needs of all teams and for that, it's been a great experience so far working with them.

Richpanel is exactly was I was looking for when it comes to CRM. Support has been excellent. I had an issue, and Amarjeet set up a Zoom call to work through it. The app seems very well built and thought out.
I loved this app for customer service and post-selling issues. This app is nice! The custom service works very fine and got all my question solved in short time. I used to use gmail like my customer service option but when you have so many customers it gets difficult, with this app i could merge all 3 of my customer services options into one, link the order, see tracking number, etc. Big time saver for stores with lots of customers. <3
Awesome app & amazing support team! This has made our customer interactions so much more efficient and organized, by compiling our emails, facebook messenger, and our chats all into one convenient place. Plus you don't have to dig through Shopify to find order details, as they are all connected right inside your RichPanel inbox. Highly recommend!

We wanted an app for our customers to use when on our website to get in touch with us quick and easy. To instal was pretty easy and to customise it for our/customer needs we had the great support from the Richpanel team already contacting us as soon as we installed, which was great! They explained in details all the features with us, we run tests, and their guidance was priceless. We wanted to remove all the task bots questions that were initially automated when a customer wanted to connect with us and the team were very helpful and responsive and helped remove all of that. Also loved that the display chat appearance we could use our own brand colours and our own photos.
