We are very happy for the attention given to us by Hasan. He was quick and efficient in solving the problems we had installing the App. This Application is the best and easiest to understand and use by our customers. We tried others and definitely stayed with Customify. Thank you Hasan for your support.
Once the installation is complete, the setup process is extremely difficult. Customer support is difficult with agents who do not speak English well. Chat is provided through FB messenger and is difficult. Communications are poor from the company, causing delays and misunderstandings that could be avoided if the developer had a better grasp of communication. A basic question of business hours available caused delays and confusion because they did not know how to note the times in my country (USA). Instructional videos lack detailed instructions and are not for the same version as the most recent one. Many promises made, but the instructions were too poor to be useful. I have spent HOURS trying to make this work and use the instructions as provided, but have abandoned it as an unusable app. Frozen screens, long delays in resetting options make this a non-starter for anyone needing a working, productive app.

Super application de personnalisation de produit, une fois que nous avons bien compris le fonctionnement, ce module de personnalisation est vraiment complet avec la possibilité de paramétrer plusieurs options à chaque produit.
j'ai essayé 5 modules de personnalisation avant Customify , je devais attendre pratiquement 24h00 pour avoir une réponse et la plupart des réponses il faut attendre 1 à 2 mois pour la future mise à jour sur des choses primordiales et certaine chose ce n'est pas possible sans prendre le temps.
Le support de customify est hallucinant Kamal et son équipe m'a répondu le dimanche en 1h00 et à pris beaucoup de temps pour m'aider dans mes besoins... à ce jour C'EST LE MEILLEUR SUPPORT DE SHOPIFY que j'ai pu avoir.

i must say that Hasan at support is a very cool guy and is a real help. this app is easy to use once you understand how to set it up.

The installation was pretty straight forward. Great for people who would like to upload there own templates to the website for any product, I had a hard time finding an app that allows you to upload your own templates.
