There seems to be no customer support whatsoever. I have wrote to them and never got anything back.
Seemed to be a good software if they could have assistance to fix the little issues that occur.

Absolutely outstanding customer service, we had a few issues with the installation of the App but after sending a message Hasan was more than happy to help. Hasan went above and beyond what was expected, the response time was fantastic and we are really looking to implementing this to our shopify store. The software is far more professional looking then any of the other customise product apps available. This is a real game changer for the items we sell thank you so much Hasan!!

This is a nice Product customizer app. They provide excellent support when we need any customizations. This app has so many settings options, easy to use. Really appreciate their support, highly recommended.
I was having trouble downloading the original png file and emailed the support team. They fixed the problem within 24 hours. The application has some minor errors, but it is not an obstacle to use. Thank you!
