Tried using this app and the product color picker wouldn't show and displayed an error in the console.
There seems to be no customer support whatsoever. I have wrote to them and never got anything back.
Seemed to be a good software if they could have assistance to fix the little issues that occur.

Love the app so far, the app developers team are really supportive, help us to set up the app completely with our products, let's see how it works when we go live with that!
Kamal is trying to be very helpful and he is always available. But THIS APP IS NOT EVEN A BETA VERSION OF A WORKING App. I wasted 2 months and many hours and some money to prepare images and try to have the app working properly. At the end for a fixed issue there is always a new one coming up. If you are a small business, this app can be a disaster and the kindness of its dev can make you believe in some solution that will never happen. I suggest TO SHOPIFY TO TEST APPS BEFORE TO SELL THEM ON THEIR STORE. this is unfair, VERY UNFAIR.
We have been using this for about a month now and are very happy with results. Hasan is super quick to help with any questions we have.

From the moment that I installed this app, Hasan Kamal been there helping me all the way. This is a great app and the service is nothing but satisfactory.
Right now, I do not have any response at all. First installation is nearly 3 days ago, but nobody is responding to the mails.
The backend of the app itself looks promizing and the design in whole is really nice.
But it makes no sense without running properly....
I love this app, this has completely transformed the way my customers are able to use my website / personalise the products. Hasan and the team have been very helpful in installing the app and helping me customise my products. The communication has been great as they always respond straight away and help me fix any issues I have with customising my website. This has been the best app that I have installed on my site.
