I got the app and had an issue customizing the product. I reached out to Josema with Customily and his customer service was above and beyond! He walked me through the process and extended my free trial. They have outstanding customer service! It's a little bit of a learning curve, but when you have a problem you can always reach out to them and they will answer your question. Josema has good communication skills and extensive knowledge about the products and services offered by his company. I can't wait to scale my business and write more positive reviews.

The one:one training with Josema Rodriguez has exceeded my expectation. He takes his time to explain the system and provide accurate and comprehensive solutions when I have had issues with my products. At one point, he helped me with my design on Photoshop to resolve the issue of an image size on a shirt .
