Thanks for the great app! I appreciate your endless efforts and after hours support you've provided during my set up process. Although some questions or concerns were no brainer, Chelsea has been more than helpful answering the concerns without hesitation. Customer Fields allows our site to be invite/member only and is key to our web operations. The functionality is great. We have had a few issues but Katelyn has been FANTASTIC. We have only great things to say about Customer Fields.

Very helpful support, they install code for you. The support are more skilled than a basic support staff you might find at a large scale operation. They are solution based and don't have generic structured responses/thinking
We use Helium form for a program registration. Helium will tag customers as "program x registrant", which will trigger to send welcome email with special discount, etc. It's been working beautifully so far! We were able to create all the fields we needed to collection information. Support team is knowledgable and awesome, too!
