Data Export IO: Reports

Staffs are very acknowledgeable. App is very practical and assists the team to help me solve problems very quickly. They help me migrate in-between 2 sites easily.

So far so good! I just installed the app, and Mallesh was super helpful straight away.. I thought that i could just jump on and figure out how to do the custom report I wanted, and if I spent some time with the help docs I probably could have .but i was in a hurry.. I wrote the chat and Mallesh get to me straight away and just made my report super quickly.. I am really happy so far and starting to learn how the app functions better.

I switched from another reporting app because it wasn't working properly and Sam from Data Export Reports got me up and running with what I needed. The way the data reads is also much better than the other app and much simpler to add the criteria I need. If you're looking to save time with easy to read reports, this one is the one to try.

First of all a shout out to David & John who stuck with me even though I was ready to give up.

I now have my report done by Product Title & Collection! something Shopify couldn't do on it's own!. (which is a shame)

but these guys are in a class of there own.

THIS APP HAS WAY MORE OPTIONS THAN THE DEFAULT EXPORT ON SHOPIFY.

I downloaded this app to generate CSV files with customised columns of my orders each day. Shopifys Export function had too many unnecessary columns that i was wasting time deleting each day. This app has saved me so much time! I also received some help using it via online chat- their customer service is amazing too. Highly recommended.

Extremely pleased. Support helped me as soon as I installed the app asking if they could create the report I needed. I gave them the basic information, and as they generated the report for me, I realized I needed more data, and after I requested things like SKU, date, sales channel, etc, they just updated it for me. It has saved me hours and hours of looking for this information. So glad I found this one!
