I got great support with a custom request.

added app, logged in, clicked a report, it downloaded no data. then, I tried to view another report and it wants me to upgrade. here is a big hint for your sales funnel: DELIVER VALUE FIRST, THEN ASK FOR MORE MONEY. I won't be continuing with this product.

And I think I will use this later also in different situations. There looks like to be great reports.
Just start using the APP, still learning. It does allow us to create more detailed custom reports and we can even merge different data together. CS team is helpful! I hope traditional Chinese will be added in the future.
