Data Export IO app always solve my all problems. This application allows me to easily edit and access all the data I need. Their technical support is also excellent.
Great support and solved my issues with a custom made report so it is easier now to reconcile the bookkeeping with the Shopify turnover and payments.

Perfect function, Perfect support. Although I'm foreigner customer and not good at english, The support team give us very kind service. and You can make your own templates for example, shipping templates, analze templates etc by using this app. High recommend this app!!!

L'assistenza meriterebbe 6 stelle, ma il massimo è 5. Sono sempre disponibili in chat e pronti a risolvere ogni richiesta di personalizzazione dei feed da esportare.

Vandana from the zendesk is the ultimate consumer service representative. It is very evident that she is very knowledgeable of the program. She responded to the types of reports and wanted without any hesitation. I am going to subscribe mostly in part of the service I received, not to take away from this outstanding and well welcomed store management application, but I was absolutely please with the support I received from the zendesk. .

This app and customer service is amazing! A lot of the issues we experienced when moving over to Shopify was solved with this app. Everything from tracking product sales, exporting packing lists and custom made delivery lists. We needed some additional fields to be customised, support jumped straight at it and fixed it for us immediately. I would highly recommend this app. Thank you:)
Just downloaded the app and Darren helped me with a custom report. Amazing! I'm on the basic Shopify plan which allows limited reporting so this app hopefully will help with more complex reports.
