Arun was sooooo helpful at getting some custom code written into my report. Each time I've reached out, the Data Export team has been super-responsive and attentive to my reporting needs. This app is great bang for the buck!
We use this app daily/weekly/monthly for automated custom reports. We have been able to grow, study reports, and create graphs easily due to Data Export. The customer support is professional, quick, and polite. They have been able to implement and change any request we have made efficiently and without issue. App is easy to use to create your own custom reports and export data that can't be accessed through Shopify's built-in reporting. The few times I've needed some assistance with creating a specific type of report, their tech support was available via live chat and provided quick help.
The report writer is easy to use. It pulls data from all fields in Shopify which is really nice. The support is exceptional which is important when you have so many report options to choose from.
