The support is excellent. We have multiple technical software challenges and with the pandemic most companies now only support chat or email support with pretty long time to get a resolution. There is no better app and support on the Shopify app store. Besides, the app turns out to be able to do wonders - if you think the app won't be able to generate such a report then with the help of support it surely can.

Very short after contacting the support center I have not just received an answer, but they also helped me with the perfect set up. Since it can be scheduled in the system, this app saves me a lot of admin work. I am looking forward to create more and more reports .
Great customer service. The agent generated and helped me set up monthly sales reports to assist with planning. Their reports are very easy to read and contain the exact data I need. I am now able to have reports automatically sent to me, monthly, from the prior month on a regular basis without having to log in and create every time. Great service overall. I highly recommend.
