Well this app and service just blew me away. I am on a trial after not liking another I just trialed. Immediately this was easier to read. I was struggling to figure out how to create the report I wanted. Saw the chat. Did that. And he created it, we looked at it, he tweeked it as thought of other things, and then he saved it to MY REPORT section. Amazing! On for 10 mins and already know this is the one for me!
Für unsere Buchhaltung benötigten wir einen Bericht/Tool, womit alle Zahlungseingänge der unterschiedlichen Zahlungsanbieter, Rücksendungen und Auszahlungen zusammengeführt werden. Nach einiger Recherche sind wir bei Data-Export gelandet und wir sind hochauf zufrieden. Das positive daran ist, dass man jegliche Art von Berichten erstellen kann, die man benötigt - weit über die Auswertungen von Shopify hinaus.
Darüber hinaus ist der Kundensupport unschlagbar. Für unsere Auswertungen habe ich ganz spezielle Berichte benötigt, die ich mir selbst nicht erstellen konnte. Nach kurzer Rücksprache mit dem Kundensupport hat sich ein Programmierer bei mir per Email gemeldet. Ihm habe ich mein Problem geschildert und nach einigem hin und her mit meinen Anforderung wurde uns der richtige Bericht erstellt. Dies hat uns einiges an Arbeit abgenommen und erleichtert unsere weiteren Auswerten ungemein.

We love this app! We have several stores on Shopify and we use this app on all of them. We have to export our orders and import them into our backend system and this report has been a life saver.
This app makes everything clear and easier for me and I can create my new report easily, and great support service when i need help
I use this app to condense the Shopify export which goes up to column BQ! You are able to filter by conditions such as multiple discount codes, of which you can only filter by one in Shopify. You can also schedule regular reports to be sent to you. Their support team is great (thank you Jaba!) and can help you build custom columns for functions amongst other things. Would definitely recommend!
The customer service is phenomenal and once everything is set up it works like a charm. Overall great experience!
