The support for this app is amazing. I had some minor issues fitting their app into my theme, and they custom tailored a solution for me, and did so quickly. Not only this, but they made an active effort to seek me out on other channels and provide support even when my email was not working. The app itself works great too. It functions just as described, and when combined with other apps, offered the perfect solution for a business who does local deliveries like myself. All in all, I'd definitely recommend this app to anyone considering it.

Great app functionality and the appearance is great. Customer service team is there to help you for anything you need. It is a better app than the other apps out there.

Anna from the customer support team is super prompt and efficient in getting any technical requests addressed. There was one time when we experienced a glitch in the app and she had it fixed very quickly. Another time, I faced a specific issue, and Anna helped offer some suggestions on how to resolve it. The phone interface for the app could use a bit of improvement, but the fantastic customer service makes up for it :) Thanks guys!

so i have tried probably 3 delivery date apps in shopify already and this is by far the best delivery date picker app that works best. the other apps had so much issues and additional fees. i had some issues during installation but the customer service helped me right away and did not stop until it was resolved.

We deliver frozen food and so we use this app to make sure that customers can specify a delivery date on which their freezer will be ready to receive their order. It would be great however, if it could block the checkout button until a delivery date is chosen to prevent orders coming through without a delivery date. An additional pop-up feature to say something like 'A delivery date must be chosen in order to checkout' would be a brilliant.
