To be honest, this app has really great support. they were super patient with me even though I was taking forever haha.. Zoe is a great support assistant and she guided me on how to make a shipment, find the best suppliers and map the products. Now next time I will have way less trouble.
I really recommend this app for beginners who are starting to Dropship like me. It was frustrating at first because I didn't know anything but thankfully she helped me :) Thank you for your patience DSERS.

They have good customer service, too. Some of my Shopify settings were incorrect and customer support was able to help me with my problem. Rfimp was knowledgeable and had my problem fixed in less than five minutes. He was also able to walk me through some fulfilment steps. I should be good to go now. The interface seems user-friendly.

Chrissy helped me sync my products from shopify. well helped i not what was done. Chrissy just just hit sync and it was done. My old supplier was a nightmare. DSers gives you full control of your business unlike others where you cant do anything if the product is discontinued or out of stock

Lydia was a great help in getting me to finalise the set up of my shopify store through DSers. Guidance and assistance in finalising shipping and pricing rule really gave me the confidence to continue with my store.
