Can't say dsers is perfect. UI needs to be improved. But let's face the fact. It saves me hours of work. New tech? Cool
I was looking for a better app to fullfil my orders and DSers is excatly what I was looking for. No need to pay a VA anymore either so it also saves you a lot of money! Would recommend everyone to use it.

1.For support issue you mentioned, we mentioned we will reply in a few hours in our auto reply. You can find most of the information in the blog we shared in auto reply.
2.We are currently not supporting the picture editing feature but we will consider to have it in the near future.
3.Migration from Oberlo sometimes fail due to Tech issue which can not be overcome at the moment. Thank you for your understanding about it.
4. About cashback , DSers only help to trigger the code and we do not ensure that all the traffic will be distribute to you since there might be a traffic highjack happens if you are using Chrome extensions. Please make sure to deactivate extension and clear cookies.
