Falls Probleme aufgetreten sind (selten), konnten diese zeitnah beseitigt werden. Simpel gehalten..
Unkomplizierte, ausdauernde und schnelle Hilfe (danke Stefan!). So wünscht man sich Customer Support. Die Labelerstellung ist clean und schnell, die Vernetzung mit dem DHL Portal funktioniert einwandfrei. Die App spart uns viel Zeit jede Woche. Verbesserungswürdig sind die Template für Invoice/Slips; da gibt es aber auch noch andere Möglichkeiten.
The app works perfectly, and the support is very helpful. Also, the app is continuously improved, and there are a lot of new features that really help to work with fulfillment centers and external logistics. Would definitely recommend this to any Germany-based Shopify Store.

Bis jetzt top support war auch sehr GUT!!!! habe keinerlei Fehler und System läuft wie ich es brauche gibt 2-3 Sachen aber das betrifft dann eher glaub ich DHL und nicht diese App

Großartige App mit großartigem Team, das immer zur Stelle ist wenn doch mal etwas hakt. Ich habe von Shipcloud bis Billbee alles durch (zu teuer! zu kompliziert wenn man einfach nur Versandlabels drucken möchte ) und bin jetzt happy - vor allem die Internetmarke wird hier mit allen Möglichkeiten berücksichtigt (Prio, Standard, Kompakt, International ... ) Danke Dieter & Stefan
Die App hat mir enorm geholfen den Workflow voran zu treiben, gerade das Adressieren von Briefen war immer ein Zeitfaktor der komplett aus dem Ruder lief... durch die erstellten Internetmarken, die einfach fertig sind, ist die Sorge des Versands damit durch, innerhalb Sekunden kommt das Label und lets go! Der Service ist beeindruckend schnell und sehr freundlich, es macht fast schon Spaß ihn zu kontaktieren, auch wenn der Grund meistens ein blöder ist ... eigentlich fehlt nur noch der Kaffee zum Talk :D Thumbs Up, bin sehr froh diese App gefunden zu haben!
