This app is a dream come true. I was so stressed about trying to figure out how to sync my ebay stock with my shopify stock but this app makes it a breeze. It's a bit to set up at first due to Ebay's requirements, but once set up it works perfectly. And their customer service team are always there to help with any questions. If you have Shopify and are not using this integration then you are foolish. I have worked with many companies overseas and this has to be by far, my best experience. They have 24/7 top-notch support, an integration app that doubled my revenue and have created a seamless real-time integration with my Shopify store. I use CED Commerce's Etsy, Amazon, and Walmart integrations as well, and along with their staff, we have created a seamless integration that synchronizes with my Shopify store. These guys are great, a special shout out to Rishu who works on Saturday and always resolves any problems I have. If you have been managing a Shopify store for a long time, you'll find the CedCommerce platform quite familiar. The app can automatically match existing eBay listings with your products on Shopify (this was a MUST for us since we have rich multimedia on our eBay listings and want to be distinct from standard listings. To do so, match your SKU on your eBay listings with your Shopify products' SKU. I had to reach out to the CedCommerce team once so they could finish checking three products that, for whatever reason, couldn't match automatically (This is probably because those eBay listings have videos and other complex elements in the description). They solved this mystery in 3 minutes. We are new customers. Therefore, we will assess the reliability of fulfilling orders from eBay through this app in the next couple of months.

It's a great app. However, it's not user friendly for first time users. But, the chat support is always available and they are doing a great job assisting us on how to navigate the app. Great job!

I've been really happy with this app for linking our Shopify Store to eBay. Makes it much easier to keep inventory straight and has worked seamlessly.

Called Tech support to help clear up some issues and they were prompt and courteous. Am using CedCommerce software at the no fee level which in itself is an amazing deal. And then free prompt and courteous tech support too? I'm giving these guys a 5-star rating and am considering upgrading to a paid plan. Just need to sell some more watch bands.
