Called Tech support to help clear up some issues and they were prompt and courteous. Am using CedCommerce software at the no fee level which in itself is an amazing deal. And then free prompt and courteous tech support too? I'm giving these guys a 5-star rating and am considering upgrading to a paid plan. Just need to sell some more watch bands. If you have been managing a Shopify store for a long time, you'll find the CedCommerce platform quite familiar. The app can automatically match existing eBay listings with your products on Shopify (this was a MUST for us since we have rich multimedia on our eBay listings and want to be distinct from standard listings. To do so, match your SKU on your eBay listings with your Shopify products' SKU. I had to reach out to the CedCommerce team once so they could finish checking three products that, for whatever reason, couldn't match automatically (This is probably because those eBay listings have videos and other complex elements in the description). They solved this mystery in 3 minutes. We are new customers. Therefore, we will assess the reliability of fulfilling orders from eBay through this app in the next couple of months.

Great product great customer support. Special thanks to Vishal and Rishu for going above and beyond. We downloaded the app a few weeks ago and was struggling with the setup, Vishnu did a google meet understood the requirements ran through the process and even got the developers team to make custom coding to make adjustment as per reequipments. Lets see how the app preforms I'm really positive this will make our eBay integration very smooth, will be using this for another store that is in the pipeline.
