This app is fantastic and the customer service is like nothing I've seen before. I was able to chat with Vishal from within the app in Shopify and he answered all my questions and guided me through the setup. Then he setup my own Whatsapp group where I can contact him any time. After being frustrated time and time again with the Shopify eBay channel I'm so very, very happy to have found CedCommerce and I can't wait to work with them on other marketplace apps.

Here's why you should go with CED:
- Once set up, it's super easy to use
- It does take a bit of time to set it up, and to learn to use the platform, but the team are always there to help if you get stuck
- Once you are set up with your templates you are away and the app makes total sense and works like a dream.
- Do not be put off by the set-up, you only have to do it once and actually, the time spent setting up saves heaps of time down the track. It's worth it I promise.
- A great app, and so much better and more efficient than the free Shopify app.
- No bugs! Hooray!

The first steps to make the integration work imply making sure you have the right information on both Shopify and eBay, and that may be a time-consuming task, but it's worth it. So far, so good! I was skeptical of this app working at first so I downloaded it. I was having major problems so I contacted the online help. The online lady was amazing and extremely helpful and within a few minutes my stock was being uploaded to Ebay. I cant rave enough about this app now and for the online assistance. Best app by far
