If you are not QB savvy and want an easy way to keep your books up to date and accurate set up the training and be amazed... Chris waled me through setup in about 20 minutes and I was on my way to taking care of business. Highly recommend this service!

After months of trying to move from Quickbooks Retail POS to Shopify POS with the worst experience using the Shopify Connector App, Webgility was a god send. Our transactions are posting automatically into Quickbooks Desktop, with everything logging and recording correctly. Our implementation specialist handled the entire setup with us and made sure that all of our settings were setup correctly. Finally, we're back up and running and able to use Quickbooks Desktop and Shopify. Intuit should be promoting Webgility for any of their Retail POS customers that are moving to Shopify POS. We would recommend this app purely from a customer service point view. They are always responsive and helpful. Sometimes functionality is hard, and not as efficient as we would like. But having someone always available for help makes a big difference.

Our company operates a high-volume Shopify store and Quickbooks Enterprise hosted desktop. It has been very difficult to find something to replace the manual download and upload of transaction data we used to record invoices and payments. Most of the integrations out there only work with Quickbooks online, so I'm so happy Webgility invented the solutions that works for us! The implementation is quick and very professional.... Faizan is amazing -- he quickly understood our business process and was able to set up the robust accounting options that worked perfectly. The interface is (mostly) intuitive and extremely useful, drawing attention to the items that require intervention or setup in order to post correctly. We are extremely happy with the product so far and will look for additional ways to use it!

It is a very easy application to configure and saves a lot of time in the integration whit quickbooks, the support and help of the support for live outputs are very effective and help with clarification. Recommended 100%

Faizan Sheikh was great at getting us set up and helping us transition into the software. He was great at working with our sales rep Sagan to get everything straightened out. The scheduler for automation is helpful. Everything is sooo customizable so that it makes it easy to fit the way we do our books. The price is steep but the software is worth it. This is soooo much better than the default Quickbooks Desktop Connector that the Shopify-Quickbooks Migration Team failed to implement.
