shobhit helped solve my technical issues quickly and got my store up and running quickly. I would recommend the Desktop Sync to any Quickbooks users.........

Although we haven't found a perfect solution to our e-commerce integration at this point, mostly because of Shopify's platform not really configured for B2B sales, I would rate Webgility highly because of their excellent customer service.

I use this with QB online. My system is pretty complex and Webgility has helped me automate accounting with Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, Ebay etc.

There is no perfect solution for every single company and their various applications, but this program is constantly updating to meet the changing ecommerce landscape. We use Webgility across several ecommerce channels to integrate with our QuickBooks. Their technical support is excellent. I have very specific requirements to keep our inventory levels accurate and have seen the developers create special plugins to try to meet my company's requirements. The tech support alone is worth the money.

Onboarding process is very very quick - I installed the app myself and went through the initial setup, but I went ahead and scheduled an onboarding meeting just in case. The team was thorough and caught several details that I had missed. They ask plenty of questions to make sure they understand your specific needs and they're able to follow up at lightning speed. While other tech companies may take days or weeks to respond, Webgility provides immediate responses within minutes or hours. Very pleased with the experience we have had so far.

I use this app to sync my QuickBooks POS to my online store. The customer service is very good. Nikhlesh was extremely helpful when I had a syncing issue due to my special use case. It's a powerful program that can be used in a number of ways. I highly recommend it!
