Unify Enterprise has made my job easier. We had a system that synced orders from Shopify to QB Enterprise, but it expired so we chose this. It syncs well and easily. We categorize our sales by class and a class does not populate so I we have to do that manually, but it is more accurate and easier than entering entire sale. Also, we use different locations but we had to pick one for the sync and then go in and change the ones that were not that.
Overall, we are satisfied.

Kanishk was a great help getting this product set up! It has taken several tries and hopefully now it will work how I hoped. Everyone I have talked to has given me different answers for capability of the app and how to set it up. One major flaw for me is the fact it doesn't sync COGS. That is a pretty important part of accounting!

Do not Buy Desktop version Always glitches. Program Stops its own and not sync hours and hours ..Engineer team needs to work on it. Technical Support response so late they are in INDIA

Webgility is the only app we have found that will reliably bi-directional sync Shopify & QuickBooks. Most of the support guys are good, including Shekhar. A few of them struggle, but that is probably to be expected in any support organization as new staff is trained. Overall we are disappointed in how often we have to call support because of problems with Webgility, but they always resolve our issue either manually or with an app update, which is frequently required & is a manual process. The app is also expensive compared to other Shopify add-on apps, with ever user requiring a separate license plus one for the dedicated "server" that does the actual sync. We check frequently for an alternative to Webgility that is less expensive, more reliable & does everything it does, but haven't found anything even close yet.

Kanishk has gone up and beyond helping us with the issue. He noticed that we needed to be upgraded. He was very kind and willing to explain thing until we fully understood the process.
