The app is an absolute necessity for any Shopify business. Well designed, great functionality and I'd definitely recommend upgrading to their "premium" service. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE !! The reply is quick and very responsive to our needs. VERY RECOMMENDED!! We had a custom need that only could've bee fixed with internal help from them and they did right away without hesitation.
Functions are exactly what we need, but what's impressive is their customer service - they actually follow up with your enquiries! I mean, real follow ups, like they follow through till you respond further and the issue dealt with.
Been using the app occasionally for several months now. Went to edit an order today and they suddenly want $19 a month???? I don't use it enough to justify that type of cost and quite frankly - though the app adds additional functionality - it is not full featured enough to justify that kind of price for a casual user. Guess I'll be looking for a replacement and I think I've found one that is less than half the price of this one. I'm testing it now.
Couldn't edit orders without it. It's the only way we can update orders while also using other apps.
It's great! This app makes my life easy. I couldn't run my business without it. Every type of business has it's own special needs, and Edit Order addresses that. Drew in support has been a great help anytime I've had questions.

We mainly use this to add free samples products to our subscription user's recurring orders, and have not had any issues. We tried a few other apps before finding Edit Order, but they were a bit clunky and the process of editing orders took longer, putting additional strain on our ops.
Excited to see some automation flow features added to the capabilities of this app in future release!
