I installed the app and followed all the instructions to protect my store from bots. Unfortunately despite everything being setup the bots are still signing up every hour. It hasn't helped in any way at the moment.

I will modify the review if the situation changes.

The support received was excellent. I'm looking forward to not have spam contacts and accounts!

suddenly the app is flagging all my orders while i didnt change anything in the settings and asking for crazy extra charge money like 100 usd so far this month !

I was getting slammed with spam and other options for a captcha email form were really ugly and did not seem to work. Then I discovered John and his team and they did something magic to my site (with no changes to my existing email contact form) and the spam totally stopped! I'm so relieved. So many thanks to John and team.

I highly, highly recommend this app if you're having trouble with spam.

This is absolutely a great app for those facing spam signup problems. We had zero spam signups after having our forms protected by the app and John was also very helpful and responsive.

This app has helped us prevent bot sign ups. In the rare case that I've needed support, they've been very responsive and helpful.

Our store was having some technical issues with our sign up page and the support from Julius was quick and very effective. We even had to have another Shopify App involved which could have made it more complicated but Julius still managed to respond in a timely manner and provide everything needed.
