This app is fundamental for our Store.

The Shopify email template is basic and very ugly.

Great experience with using OrderlyEmails. The support is really great and we're very pleased with the results. They also update the templates occasionally based on changes done by Shopify which is helpful.

This is a fantastic app! Why the default Shopify receipts/emails look so bad is beyond me. OrderlyEmails fixes this issue with a great interface -- you will be up and running in minutes. Plus, you can replace ALL of Shopify's terrible emails, not just a few as other apps offer. OrderlyEmails look really great and were super easy to create and implement. We tried a few of the competitors and there is no contest — OrderlyEmails beats them easily. Big plus that it is a one-time fee, not a montly fee as some of the others.

At first, I was sceptical. I'd seen other apps that promised similar things. I've struggled for a long time to get the emails looking even remotely acceptable with the built-in features.

I tried the demo and there’s this “Magic Designer” button. It promised to create a template in 5 secs. “Yeah right” was my immediate reaction. But guess what? It did. The template was basically good to go.

But I like to fiddle and play with settings and options. After 30 mins I had an email that I never thought possible.

Super simple to use. Cheap. Results are great. The app just works.

This is an app worth the money. Immediately and effortlessly elevates your customer communication branding, and provides flexibility to create our own templates. Not only the app is incredibly simple and efficient, their customer service went above and beyond to help. 11/10!

Very recommendable for everyone who cares about representing their brand professionally. The new E-Mail customizer offers some great options - you can add recommendations and discounts (also only for first time buyers for example) and you will also be able to recreate the feel of your brand in all your e-mail notifications. I never really experienced any difficulties and for the rare case that there is something wrong, Bjorn will help you out usually within a day. He's friendly and it is great having his support. It is definitely an investment every shopify business owner should think about.

OrderlyEmails is a godsend for us. We are not code experts and the task of updating our emails the way we wanted them to look required more expertise than we had. We tried OrderEmails and in no time all (and I mean - ALL) of our Shopify emails and notifications were looking professional. Their customer support is beyond helpful. Highly recommended app.
