The app is not very complicated to use, but it took me a while to understand how to use it, and Ramon was very patient in showing me how to use the app and provided me with a video guide. It's really great. If I have my own store in the future, I will choose this app too. The good customer service makes me trust this app enough.

We have been using OrderlyEmails for about 7 years now. The templates are beautiful and are easy to install and work with. We've never had an issue. This week, we had a question about a Shopify update that could affect some of the templates and the response from their customer service was fast and incredibly thorough. After their help, I was able to address the issue immediately. I can't recommend this developer enough.

This is a simple yet powerful app. It replaces your normal Shopify emails with branded, stunning new ones.
Gives you the opportunity to add sections like "Recommended products", Bestsellers, links to FAQ etc..
I needed support for a couple of small things, and they gave me swift and accurate responses.
