Garbage support and even more garbage app - does not work

This is a fantastic app that provides a lot of functionality for integration with google sheets. The technical support has been fantastic and the need for it has been minimal. If you need customization and google sheet integration with your shopify store - this is a great solution!
UPDATE: They changed the pricing and plan, which ruined everything I had setup. I'm preparing to uninstall this app since it's now broken and worked fine before they made these changes.
UPDATE2: My orders stopped syncing to our google spreadsheet in July. Nothing had changed on our side. Data/logs claimed to be "synced successfully" but results in "no data" error message and never work again since July 2025. After spending several hours diagnosing; decided to uninstall. Very frustrating!
We don't update any plan for existing customers. After checking your account, which is on the Basic plan $5 per month.
There are orders exported just 1 day ago. However, I notice the Google Sheet name provided is "Sheet2", which does not exist in your Google Sheet file. It is possible under "Sheet1", which exists in the Google Sheet file.
Best app, it auto emails my team the order import daily. Saves your time from manually exporting and sending it to your supplier or team.
EDIT : been having issues for exporting for a few days, whenever i select any datet change it will nott export new orders, if I select sept 6 or sept 7 it will always export sept 5 orders, if i select aug 31 orders it will exportt sept 5 orders, no matter which date it will never export the selected date
EDIT 2 : I found the issue, it only happens on chrome and other browers will export orders based on selected dates
Used to work really well. Now you can't install it, have to enter your store name each time and then it doesn't download any reports. So frustrating since it used to work really really well.

Exportaible has simplified the fulfillment process of our site. It allows us to control the flow of exported files and allows us to review order details before sending to suppliers so there are less data issues.
