“We researched plugins for customized exports and decided on Exportible. It was powerful and could be implemented with some trial and error. When we recently added new products and ran into limitations with what we could include in our export. The Exportible team worked consistently until the proper changes were made to the underlying code to support our new product line. Their tech support is knowledgeable and responds usually within a day. I would use them again with other client's Shopify sites without hesitation.”

Great support! It's very customizable - you can create a report exactly how you need it. We needed some help getting some fields set up properly and support is very responsive and helpful. This app saves us so much time in order fulfillment.

The feed is not working, as per StockSinc. This problem was detected a few days ago. It has always worked since 2020. Furthermore, the synchronization phase of our supplier on the FTP account (who does not use Exportible) works as usual and they insert their exchange files without errors. What have you changed?

We understand the frustration you going through. The FTP was working before but it wasn't working. It is possible the vendor block our server IP from accessing the FTP. Do you have the vendor contact? Do share so we can help work with them on this.

This is the one app I found with customizable filters that allows me to export both standard Shopify data about my orders, as well as customization data that is collected via other apps that customers use on my orders. It also allows me to only export customer orders to be made (using Shopify tags) while being able to omit orders that are just for deposit. This app was the missing link in automating my order workflow for my handmade custom products. ( I use it in tandem with another app for auto-tagging my orders). I had a few hiccups setting up to export to a google sheet but customer service was quick to help me sort out my mistake and now my sheet fills automatically as new orders are placed. 10/10 would recommend this app!

Had some hiccups getting it setup. Initially support was unavailable, but eventually got in touch with us. We had made an error in the setup, and they were able to find it.

Better documentation, and error reporting to us beyond "file failed" would have made this a 5 star app.

Unfortunately, the app isn't working anymore on one of one of my websites. They have no chat to help you. I have an error 404 for 3 days, and they don't care at all.
