Great app! Works exactly as expected and needed! Offers the feature to tag certain products as alcohol so that the correct FedEx label is printed - the "requires adult signature" label. This is a crucial feature for our business. Customer Service was excellent - very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

This app integrates well with FedEx and the customer service is quick and competent. I was able to use the Saturday service feature to provide a better service.
This plugin is incredible! It's the only way to use Fedex with shopify. When I had small issues with the app their support team (Manohar V was excellent) quickly jumped to help me debug the issues. We worked on the problem for almost an hour until we fixed it. Very happy with this Shopify app!!
This app is very useful! Labels are generated within a minute. If there is trouble, assistants are immediately on the line to help. Great job!

Jon patiently helped me on a number of occasions set up the app and do some testing. We have a non-traditional product with multiple parts so we really appreciated his help in working through the details. Highly recommend!
Great customer service and follow up. It took a bit of doing to get the labels approved by FEDEX but the company helped us through the process and the app and labels are working well. Thanks!
we were having trouble with shopify as they do not allow us to use our own shipping account, sure enough down loading this app fixed it. once we were set up to print labels they even hopped on a zoom meeting and helped us configure the site so shipping rates were properly routed through our account instead of shopify's backwards shipping system. Last but not least I want to thank Prathyusha for her patientce and expedience in helping me get my site properly configured. :)
