I have been using this app for a few years now and have always been very happy with it. I recently had a couple of issues as I had updated my Shopify theme and the app wasn't working properly. The review layout is well thought, and customers are automatically emailed a couple of weeks after purchasing a product. The support is so quick. I had a couple of changes I wanted to make and they got back to me in minutes.

Fera Product Reviews has been working out great for us. Easy to customise with plenty of options available including fine tuning the placement of the widgets. From the amount of reviews that we have gotten from costumers, it seems like it's easy to use for them as well. Costumer support was crazy fast at replying and fixing an issue we had. Would definitely recommend!
