Great app, thank you Banana Stand for making it so easy to use and for making it free while you start getting your store up and running.
Love how reviews are displayed and the shopper journeys feature. They also offer great support that goes as far as reviewing your store and suggesting improvements.

I was looking for a simple and affordable review app for my small business and Fera has been a great fit so far. I ran into a small glitch with one of the widgets tonight and used the chat function to send a message to the customer support team. It said that they would be back on Sunday (I messaged on a Friday night), but Holden got back to me within 30 minutes and followed up shortly after that to let me know the glitch had been fixed. Really appreciate the prompt customer service!
