Great app to use in your store
I wanted my site to feel legit. And that my customers can gain trust by seeing other customers that are real buying the same item that they like.
I like how the app is fairly easy to use. One of the functions I like is the customer's journey. It details what they did in your store so you can get a gauge of if the customer is willing to buy or not. Useful if you have a lot of products and want to see which ones have the potential to sell and which ones should be taken out of stock. Pricey app though. I'm only on the free plan, which is changing to a paid app soon by the maker and I can't really afford yet.
Really i love fera application , their admin interface looking awesome and the have excellent report with fully details. Highly recommend fera for high conversion rate.
i like the app but sometimes i MANY problems with it, it lags, crashes, doesnt work on chrome, chats disappear... but the layout is just amazing and the reviews look really nice imo.
The application is very intuitive, I totally recommend it. Thank you for giving us this application. It helps us a lot with sales.
