Super easy to use and friendly features. I just wish you could do a rating submission directly in the email so it's easier for customers who don't want to upload a photo or video

It's a good app no complaints really, but as a first time business owner it would be nice to see tools specific to newbies like me.
Cool app, have a lot of settings, but for custom styles sometimes work doesn't. Tried to do custom styles for trust badges.
