So far so good. Great app/widget and customization options, amazing support and great sync with google merch and google shopping acc.
I added this app to my store for product reviews and it's very easy to use. I also like that it integrates with the smile app so customers can get points when they leave a review.

I have searched for an easy and user friendly app to help me collect reviews for bot store and products. this app also allowed me to import reviews in native non-English languages which is something I couldn't find in any other app.
