We have been using another customer review app and have been looking for a replacement that has a more modern approach as well is easier to operate. And we learned about Fera and immediately fell in love. It was super easy to set up and customize to our needs. We had a few small questions about our implementation and the team was super responsive and helpful and had all our questions sorted out the next day. We could not be more pleased and are happy we found Fera.

Easily the best review app I've used so far. Interface is very user-friendly and the customer support is incredible. Holden, in particular, goes above and beyond and helped me with everything I needed and he communicated clearly and responded instantly. It is also very cost effective if you switch to a paid plan right away instead of using their free trial. Cheaper than judge.me and is arguably more aesthetically pleasing.

I downloaded my Etsy reviews into Shuttle, and from there was able to export and import them into Fera for Shopify. It just worked nicely. Then I could set up automatic reminders to help encourage new photo and video uploads with a discount code, the team helped me setup and I could test to make sure the discount code worked.

This site is amazing. I've truly enjoyed see the reviews from my customers come into the store. This helps build store trust for new customers. I recommend this site to any online store.

Absolutely love this app! So many options to get AMAZING results. I use this app for multiple aspects of my store including reviews, product view counter, purchase pop ups, upselling products, sale countdowns and so much more. Whenever I've needed some coding/ css help the Fera team has been amazing, responding almost instantly. High recommend this app!

This app is PERFECT for easily copying your etsy reviews to your shopify site. I also contacted their customer service chat with a custom request, and within minutes my site was updated exactly how I wanted it. I highly recommend Fera!
