Awesome service, I had a question this morning and tried the live chat not thinking anyone would answer...but they did! Gave me a clear answer and showed me where to find what I needed. Also liked that a tutorial video by the owner helped me update code on my Shopify site to integrate downloads to my customer account. This app is highly recommended by me!
My review is based entirely on the customer service inrexeibed. The app itself is still new to me, but so far I like what it offers. I was working on the app late night and Sandesh answered my chat question. I have to admit I wasn’t expecting a response as fast as I did. Not only did Sandesh help me with my initial question, but several follow up questions as well. Customer service is top notch!
Does the job beautifully! We have customers downloading resources every day and it has performed faultlessly so far.
great free app at the start however if i had known that this would change to a paid app i may have not used it as the prices are steep and so now ive a lot of hours uploading all my files to now having to find another suitable app or website for my downloads as i cannot justify your prices.

This is a great app that has met all of my needs for digital downloads! My entire shop are digital downloads, so it's really important that this is seamless for me (I tried the free version from Shopify and it just did not cut it).
