Best form creator with the most options and flexibility I could find in the app store. The only 2 things I would like to see added is the ability to set/change (and reduce) the line spacing between fields, and also the added option to place the labels to the left of the field instead of above or inside the field. Also support is very quick to respond and help. Thank you!

Came across Hulk Form Builder recently and I have to agree it's one of the best app for building forms. I needed it on my career page so that people can upload there resumes. It solved the purpose. The forms fit in all screen sizes and works smoothly.

Hulk Form Builder is easy to use and the support is wonderful! I submitted a ticket when I was having trouble with a form integrating with Klaviyo. Eldin and the team jumped in very quickly to help and figured out the issue for me within 24 hours (it was my own error, no fault of the app). I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service.
