The support team are always ready to help out with any issues we have, which usually stem from the layer upon layer of custom integrations we have implemented around the app.

My go-to form builder app for Shopify! The name says it all, a very capable form builder with bucketloads of functionality. Conditional logic, multi-page forms, custom routing and more. My only (minor) gripe would be not being able to change the curly-brace names of the fields themselves but not a deal breaker.
this app is very useful and does exactly what i need it to do. very simple and straightforward. my clients have an easy time using this app and building forms takes some time but its still very simple and easy to understand.
