Very easy to use app. I have decided to use this app after trying out other apps for forms and this one seems to work the best for me. Ran into some errors and had a good and prompt service to resolve my issue. The technical error came back while i was running a campaign and the auto responder email didnt work so i had to manually send out emails :( Highly recommended otherwise.
We've been using the app on two stores for about 18 months or so and it does everything we need it to do, one site sends our contact form to Zapier to open a Zendesk ticket, the other site uses it primarily to directly send data to a Google Sheet. We had built out a very nice multi-step form as well for one site but it was for a short-term project. All not typical usages and many more integrations are possible, it does way more than we need. Support has been excellent, responding quickly to the one or two times we've needed to reach out.

I am using this app as an application to purchase an item and so far - love the way it integrates with my page. I haven't found an app that works this smoothly and the customer service is amazing! Quick turnaround and they were able to resolve my issues.

Amazing app for forms. We needed something where we could integrate with Klaviyo, Google Sheets, and have the form go to certain members of our team based on choices selected within the form. This app did all that, and easily. We had a couple issues (learning) and their team jumped in and solved them within 24 hours.
