We've had a few issues here and there with the plugin, but the support is so excellent each time they've been resolved within days of reporting and the developers are very responsive. Other than that the plugin has some excellent features like dynamic fields that you can alter based on user input. highly recommended.
We use this app for our online forms and it's easy to set use. The tech support is helpful and quick, although the time zone difference delays things more than we'd like. We're in the US.

Required and conditional field, custom the CSS file, responsive, as fields as you want, and create a customer automatically.

I've used the form builder app on a couple of stores, and it works quite well. I appreciate the customization we can control with the form submissions for our own team, as well as the customization to the look of the form on the websites. Globo has been great to respond to help me sort through any issues that I have come across. Excellent app.

Works great for our business needs. Easy-to-build forms with lots of great features. We especially like the date/time pickers and the email notifications.
