(Would like to see a 'minimize tab' at the top of the floating form as you have to rely on the 'back button' (mobile device) sometimes losing the shop page/product page you're on.

This is exactly what I was looking for! Clean, straight forward, and easy to use. I hope that plan to release a Constant Contact interface soon.
The Globo team has consistently gone above and beyond to help me customize my forms. I was very impressed at the level of support I received for the app price! I am using a form to allow my customers to submit quote requests. I like the automatic email routing, which lets me alert the proper salesperson based on my customer's location.
The app has all the functionality I need and the support team is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended,
