The app works very well and you can build a form consisting of a variety of input combinations and send mails where you can utilise submitted data e.g. name for greeting. The form can be rudimentary styled in the editor but is also quite easily custom styleable with CSS without having to upgrade to a premium plan. The form works well and integrations for Google Analytics tracking or the facebook pixel can be easily applied. However the customer support is outstanding - really - the responses come unbelievably fast and are very helpful, concise and forthcoming. Especially Emma handled my questions very well and we finished the last touches on our form just before our internal deadline. They provided direct support asking only for the restricted permissions they needed on the storefront and they were quickly able to help solve the problem I had exactly how I had communicated it. I must admit this level of service I have never experienced before...especially the response time. Now I can go into the holidays with a great feeling. Thanks Globo Team and keep up this satisfactory level of customer support!

I had some difficulties with the app. I came in contact with Emma from the customer service and she was was very friendly and helpfull and within a few minutes my issue was solved and everything worked perfectly!
