Does exactly what it needs to do, and I found out you can show it only to specific regions, which REALLY helped my 'why don't I have free shipping to canada, the bar says I do!" problem.
I wanted to inform customers of our shipping prices. App was easy to set up, but haven't tested it in practice yet .
