Free Gifts offered what multiple others could not and the support has been excellent. We were running a promotion and had tried several different apps and none of them could make it work. Within hours, we had a new customer using a promotion set up through Free Gifts. So glad we found this one, thanks!

The new 2.0 interface is amazing, super simple and intuitive. And as usual, these guys have incredible service that's more responsive than other apps we've used in this space. Great work guys!

Have used the app for many months but as a result someone called Luke Bendall has been able to fraudulently order our GWPs and only pay for the delivery never for any product. Last year it cost me £1000s as he was ordering 25 of each product and only ever paying for delivery. I don't how this has happened but it seems to be linked to how the app creates a 100% variant. I removed the app and this stopped but used it again for the first time this weekend and spotted an order from him again. Please beware, would hate for this to happen to someone else.

David & Ellies customer service was brilliant! We had a few questions & tweaks to suit our sites theme we wanted made and they responded promptly and got everything sorted for us quickly. The app gives you plenty of control over rules for different offers. Would highly recommend!

We originally wrote a 5-start review but that was mostly down to the very good support that we received in setting up this app.

Now that we've been using it for a while here's a more accurate review.

Like too many of these Shopify apps it simply does NOT do what it is supposed to do. Integration with Shopify is awful and had has cost us 100's of hours in unnecessary customer support where the free gift hasn't triggered.

We are still using the app ... but that's only because we haven't really had the time to search for something better.

Certainly would not (and have not) jump at taking any other apps from these guys. Just too full of bugs and shortcomings. It's about a year since we started using this and haven't seen any real fixes for the terrible deficiencies.

Shame. Could be really good.
