We've tried several BOGO apps and this one solved a huge issue - allowing a free gift plus being able to use discount code. Most Apps kept removing the "free" price of a promo item once a discount code was used at checkout and applying the discount code pricing to the free item. This app separates your "free" or gift item and allows you to keep it as free while applying a discount code to your other products.

AND - the support is AMAZING. The chat support is 24 hours on weekdays, extremely helpful and nearly instant. While I haven't needed support because of an issue, I have reached out to support for random questions and both times Mina has been super helpful. 5 stars all around.

If you get hung up on the price, get over it. This is a great app. If you're store is doing well, this is a drop in the hat.

This app may look expensive compared to others available that (apparently) do the same job but let me tell you that after spending 2 days trying to set up 2 other apps, with help from their very helpful tech supports, we still couldn't get them working glitch free or with all the functionality we required. Fed up with needing a solution in place, I decided to try this app and I set it up in 5 mins. It left me wishing I'd done this in the first place. Needed help with getting the gift slider images to the right sizes when displayed and the support via chat was instantaneous and efficient. My advice? Bite the bullet and pay the extra for this app, what it saves you in time makes it worth it plus the additional functionality and settings are second to none.

We moved to this App from a custom Meta field setup for our Gift with Purchase setup. Have had one issue during the run of this through our holidays & the team at BOGOS jumped on the fix & updated all of our stores within a day.
Also big fan of their support team being available at all times during the holiday selling season.

I've been using them since 2016 - they are hands down the best Free Gift/BOGO/Offerings app .. there's no need to look at any others.

We just installed the app and contacted their support team for some customizations. I have to say, they are amazing! They respond quickly, are very friendly, and willingly provide extra assistance.

So far so great. I was trying to hard to set up a "simple buy x get y free" and have it add to cart automatically but for the US only AND have it work with other offers. I wasted so much time trying to figure it out alone and then this app did exactly what I needed and the customer service was SO helpful and got my deal up and running right away!
