Fuel: Print on Demand

Thought this app would be a great provider for our company. Placed an order for a couple hundred dollars for some samples, multiple shirts had defects in their printing. A lot were already chipped straight from the box, prints weren't centered or aligned correctly, some shirts looked like they had run out ink as the colors were faded. Certainly not the kind of products we would want our customers ...

print quality is always great! Price is right! production time is fast! customer service is very responsive! Hector with the customer support team rocks! he has handled all my questions and issues ive ever had with fuel! he should be promoted! highly recommend!

I can not satisfy with your service. Very Slow, Delay without notice. Refuse and refund at the end of handling time. Not only one time you make me disapointed.

Update as of june 2022: FUEL POD used to be good, right now, they are atrocious. So many delays with shipping times. They'll give some updates about their shipping times being 3-5 biz days when they fully know its not true. So many other reviews of them being absolutely bad in recent months.

Initially, I would've given them 6 out of 5 stars. They were prompt, the orders were on time (and insanely fast), and the prices were outstanding. Then orders started getting wrong....and the wrong items were shipped....and they were taking longer and longer....until finally I am having to sever my relationship with them altogether. Great customer service and very fast response time! Lyman is who I chatted with and he was great. I've listed their goods on my store and gotten sales but have not placed a test order for myself to see the print quality yet. I'll be doing so later this week and I'll update this review. So far nothing but great reviews from my customers so I expect it will be fine.

$5 for one shirt plus $3 for each additional. This is greed, this is robbery! If they do not change this, do not use them!

I'm COMPLETELY new to this eCommerce thing. I stumbled upon this app before I even had a Shopify account. As a matter of fact, I didn't really know what Shopify was.

I have been beyond pleased with Fuel since day 1. I have been through a number of vendors that do not compare to Fuels quick shipping and printing time along with the pricing and quality. Keep up the amazing work!

Great prices and fast fulfillment. Shipping rates are inexpensive and they ship internationally. Not too much to complain about I have had a few hiccups with their inventory and some small quality issues but overall they are offering a great service at a very low cost.
