Hello Fuel team if you don't want to complete the orders and ship it even after a month, then please close the business and don't waste our and your time.
I hardly write bad reviews, but this app is not professional at all. At first Max was replying to all my inquiries, but now he is just ignoring my messages. I can see he's reading my inquiries but basically ignoring it. I hope i can post snapshot of our conversation, lots of one way questions without any answers.
Do us a favor, please close your business.
Thank You
I made sample order 22.12.2020 received 28.1.2021. My customers won't wait for their orders to arrive over a month without a huge load of complaints. Print quality was totally horrible and I also bought many different products to test fabric quality and I must say that I would not pay even one dollar for these items. This company has a long way to go if they want to provide quality apparel with good prints. But surely their prices tells the story, with the cheap prices you get cheap products. One star for good customer service.
Hi there! Want to clear up some confusion here. Looks like your sample order of 8 products went into production on 12/28 and shipped out in 7 business days. Since you are located in Finland, it then took 3 weeks to ship there. This is all within our expected production and shipping times.
As for your quality, I reached out to get more information. The email you are using is invalid though and not seeing any support requests from your account either. Want to help you with this order though! Can you please reach out to support@getfuelpod.com?
Many thanks!
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I guess they are charging a ridiculously low price to get rid of their inventory by YOU making SAMPLE ORDERS. DON'T LET THEM SCAM YOU. DON'T EVEN TEST THEIR PRODUCTS. THEY HAVE ZERO WORK ENTHIC. Please AVOID using fuel app like the plague. The customer service is responsive until you make an order and received the faulted products. Please do not misplace your trust to the app as they don't really care about you, your money and your business. Ordered 3 items, Tote bag, shirts, and hoodie. The print quality and the location are all garbage. COMPLETELY OFF. It seems to me that they are having an internal management problem. Because the design placement are all way too off the common-sense. I seriously doubt that their workers did it on purpose. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON TESTING EVEN IF IT'S SUPER CHEAP. I PROMISE YOU. THEY ONLY PRODUCE GARBAGE.
Did my first order for my store. Took a good 1 month to deliver and upon arrival very bad quality of print
Very bad! Terrible support! No ones support me. More than 30 days hasn't shipped yet, Wrong color, bad quality shirt
Sorry for the confusion here! Not seeing one email from your account though and all of your orders have shipped. All orders shipped within 14 days or less.
Can you let us know the issue? This seems malicious.
I really like Fuel, If only they had more branding options like custom neck labels and removable tag option at the minimum, like Printify or Printful. One thing I liked about Scalable Press is the wide range of Shirt options, this app is really missing that. The Placement print on the garment could be a lot smoother. the online part of Scalable Press lets you choose which specific area, like top left corner or top right corner. If they can really focus on these problems, I believe they can better than Printful. Quality is already there.
*Actualizacion.
No tan bueno. Los pedidos hecho el 24 y 25 de abril todavía no le llegan a los clientes. Hoy es 12 de junio. Me dieron el reembolso de uno de los pedidos.
Lo mejor que tienen son:
Precios
Atencion al cliente
Lo peor:
Los envíos. Son eternos. Al menos fuera de Estados Unidos.
Some of the best prices you'll find on Shopify for POD - my sample order arrived quickly and the quality is great. There's one asterisk, though, and it's that in terms of features it's still a pretty primitive service. Most notably, the selection is kind of lackluster (especially when it comes to hoodies and sweatshirts), and you're strictly limited to front and back printing (so no prints on sleeves or in-garment labels). These are all features that most competitors have, so it's a bit of a blow to lose them. I would hope that the Fuel team is actively working on both of these, as they're pretty difficult features to part with, especially for fashion brands that want greater control over their lineup. There's a ton of potential here, and the Fuel team seems to be very responsive to any inquiries, which is a promising sign. I can't say I'll be using them as my primary supplier as of now due to their lack of print and garment options, but the moment they alleviate those two concerns I will have no problems changing that. And if you don't have the same demands I do, you really can't beat Fuel for the price and quality.
Hey The App Will Not Open I Am Very Confused Because It Says I Have The App But Every Time I Try To Open It The App Stays At Logging In
In all honesty, I almost went with Fuel as my main print on demand supplier. After comparing samples from various providers, they were the 3rd best in terms of print quality (as determined by comparing sharpness, color vibrance, color accuracy and print alignment). Printful and Monster Digital (on Printify) were better, but Fuel was good for the price.
For my store, the #1 priority was print quality, therefor I chose not to go with them. If your first priority is price however, I would recommend them.
Shipping and fulfillment times were difficult to judge because of Covid-19.
Another thing to note for Canadian sellers: tracking stops once the packages cross the border into Canada.
